- 2 slices sourdough or ciabatta bread
- 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Toast the bread slices until golden and crispy.
- Layer the mozzarella, tomato, and basil on one slice of the bread.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil.
- Top with the second slice of bread and season with salt and pepper to taste.
