  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil or butter for cooking

Instructions

  1. Whisk together eggs and milk, then season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a pan over medium heat and add olive oil or butter.
  3. Add bell peppers, onions, and spinach to the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and let cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to set.
  5. Sprinkle cheese on top, then fold the omelette in half and cook for another minute or until fully set.
