Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside sweet potato fries. A healthier alternative to regular fries with a slightly sweet flavor.

- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into fries
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping the fries halfway through, until golden and crispy on the edges.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
