Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate with sugar and vanilla extract over a double boiler or microwave.
  2. Once melted, let it cool slightly, then fold in whipped cream until smooth.
