Chocolate Mousse

A light and airy chocolate mousse that melts in your mouth. Rich and decadent, yet not too heavy.

Ingredients
- 200g dark chocolate, chopped
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups whipped cream
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate with sugar and vanilla extract over a double boiler or microwave.
- Once melted, let it cool slightly, then fold in whipped cream until smooth.
- Spoon the mousse into serving cups and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
